Attend a Welcome H.O.M.E. Information Session! There you will learn about us and we will learn about your vision for home ownership. Complete an application, pay a small application fee, and get scheduled for a Buyer Basics Home Buyer Education Class.  Applicants complete a total of 16 hours of financial education to ensure they understand all the basics of home ownership!

Some income limits may apply if you need down payment/closing cost assistance. If so, your total  income must fall within the affordable home guidelines.  This is further explained during the information session.

A small processing fee is paid at the point of application for acceptance into the program. An individual pays $25. If there are two applicants the fee is $40.
